• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You can delete your account and all associated content at any time via your Profile page.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (places, descriptions, photos, reviews, questions and answers). By publishing content, you grant NikoTravel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, translate, and reproduce it on the website for the purpose of operating the service.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights to publish it. In particular, you must not upload photos taken by other people without their permission.

4. Content Rules

When publishing content on NikoTravel, you must not post:

• Spam, advertising, or promotional content unrelated to the place being described
• Offensive, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• False or intentionally misleading information about places
• Personal data of other people without their consent

Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience with the place.

5. Moderation

We reserve the right to edit or remove any content and to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Automated scraping, bulk downloading of content, and attempts to disrupt the operation of the website are prohibited.

6. Affiliate Links

The website contains affiliate links to third-party services (GetYourGuide, Booking.com), marked as advertising. Bookings and purchases made through these links are contracts between you and the respective third party. NikoTravel is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the services provided by third parties.

7. Disclaimer

NikoTravel is provided "as is". Information about places (opening hours, prices, locations, descriptions) is largely provided by users and may be inaccurate or outdated. Always verify important details before planning your trip.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website, including decisions made based on information found on it.
